How I Ended Up Here: The Story Behind Love On Your Home

I bet you're wondering how I ended up here. People ask me all the time how I got into real estate, so I thought I'd share a little of my story.

I always knew I wanted to be in my community

I always knew I wanted to be right here in my community. I just didn't know what I wanted to do.

What I did know was that I loved people. That's where human resources came in. I worked at our local hospital for 13 years, and I loved every minute of it.

A little sparkle

Then I moved into physician recruitment, and something sparked. I loved helping doctors and their families look for homes in the area. I got to introduce them to our beautiful little corner of Jackson County, Wisconsin, and help them find a place to call home.

That little sparkle is what led me to real estate.

The hard decision

Eventually, I had to face a hard decision about which path to pursue. I chose real estate, full time.

When I did, I knew I wanted to build a business that wasn't just about me. I wanted it to be about my community.

Where the name came from

Whenever someone asked me why I got into real estate, I kept giving the same answer: "I just want you to love on your home." So I brought that into my business and made it the name. That's how Love On Your Home Real Estate was born.

There's no other place I want to be

I'm here in this community. I live in this community. I'm raising three boys here with my husband, and there's no other place I want to be.
